3D360 Digital Triumph – 2025 Review and the Road to Global Leadership

2025 has not just been successful for the 3D360 team. It has been a turning point.

This is the year we evolved from “virtual tour creators” into digital twin architects. We are no longer talking about on-screen tour experiences. We build digital solutions that help businesses sell, communicate, navigate, and grow. Today, the My3D platform is not just a viewing tool – it is a self-editable, analytics-driven business environment used by clients daily.

And in 2025, this maturity was recognized globally.

For the third consecutive year, the Digital Twin Awards jury and global audience recognized our work.
The main award was granted to the Latvian National Museum of History project. This digital twin, which makes Latvia’s history accessible worldwide regardless of location, has become an international benchmark of quality.

This was no coincidence. It is consistency – following our 2022 victory with A Riverside Guesthouse for Celebrations and the double recognition in 2023 for Celebration Palace and Dr. Clown.

Solutions That Make a Real Difference

Awards are only part of the story. True progress lies in solutions that help people in everyday situations.

For example, the outdoor navigation system at the Children’s Clinical University Hospital. Its large territory can be challenging for parents, especially during stressful moments. We created a digital tool that enables fast and clear orientation.

The technology becomes invisible — but the result is tangible.

Real Estate – The First Impression Goes Digital

In 2025, the real estate sector made another leap. Home selection starts digitally, and we make that first impression emotional and convincing.

In the Plūmju 6 project, in collaboration with Latvia Sotheby’s International Realty, we integrated artificial intelligence tools that elevate luxury property presentation to a new level.

At the same time, we worked with Bonava, Gatves Lofts, and even the popular TikTok House, proving that digital twins are becoming an industry standard rather than an exclusive add-on.

Retail and Google Visibility

The Skandi furniture project is a strong example of scalability — a digital twin created in Latvia was successfully adapted for Lithuania and Estonia, maintaining structure while adjusting language and pricing logic.

Meanwhile, our integrations with Google Street View ensure businesses are visible where most customer journeys begin — in search.

Hospitality – From Presentation to Management

More and more clients use My3D as an independent management tool.

Data analytics, content customization, booking integration, and dynamic updates — the digital twin becomes a living system.

Technology for Social Impact

In collaboration with Ronald McDonald House Charities Latvia, we created an interactive digital twin to help the organization reach more people and strengthen its mission.

2025 proved one thing — digital twins are no longer a future concept. They are a business tool of today.

And 2026 is already being built. On a larger scale. With new technological layers. With the courage to think globally.

We do not simply create tours — we transform spaces into sales and communication tools.
